Directional Drilling

Hydraulic Perforation & Multistage Fracking Services
The NextGen multistage fracking and perforating system all integrated in one single BHA, a
field-proven option to stimulate new and existing completions, is a Technology awaiting to be
tried out in EDST portfolio. The system works by punching holes in production casing and
cement ring by a mechanical perforator, flushing the created holes using jet force (acidic/non-
acidic) and performing hydraulic fracturing through these holes.
The assembly is flexible in combinations; Hydraulic Fracturing assembly with several options
and mechanical perforator with 3 options. The combinations of the assembly would depend on
the reservoir type, production casing limits, hole conditions (temperature, pressure, etc), hole
geometry.
Up to 10 intervals/stages perforated and fracked without pulling out of hole, all in one
(1) run. The number of holes in one (1) stage depends on client requirements.

Wellbore clean out Services

Solves the problem of cleaning the wellbore from sand, proppant, mud sediments
by drilling out hard top plug, flushing or pumping out contaminants to the
wellhead in one run operation using a packer that does not require permanent
setting in hole (sliding cup packer tool)
Applicable in following cases:
- Run on standard workover rig with standard tubing (eliminates the need for expensive CCT unit)
- This system uses a single-phase fluid that enables the cleanout to be performed with simplified logistics and reduced costs when compared with circulating nitrified fluids.
- Liquid pumped down the CCT’s inner tubing string and through the jet pump nozzle creates a localized pressure drop that essentially vacuums wellbore fluids and entrained solids.

Testing Services
Our multiphase flow meter, System-1 is an in-house designed and build flow meter that is
mobile, enabling wide range of well flow measurement & easily maintained. It uses extremely
low power consumption, while enabling a continuous process of measuring and tracking results.
It has a Higher measurement accuracy & speed (as compared to separation method), reliable,
competitive, featuring a Venturi pipe in the body of the flow meter and an additional Microwave
moisture meter in addition to the density meter, which gives an additional source of
measurement, and with a relatively low gas content, allowing a complete elimination of radiation
measurements in this kind environment.
